Surah Yasin is the heart of the Quran Pak, as everything in this universe has heart and surah yaseen shareef is the heart of the Quran Pak narrated by Hazrat Muhammad Peace Be Upon Him(Tafsir-al-Sabuni, volume 2). Ya-sin word means “O Chef of the messengers!” Ya-sin’ is among the cryptic letters (Horoof-e-Muqatta-aat) These letters are secret matter between Allah and his Holy Prophet (P.B.U.H). Ya Seen is the english name of Surat Yasin. Surat Yaseen is the 36th surah of Quran Pak, Total verses of this surah are 83 with 5 Ruku and words 730. Surah Yasin total letters are 3068.

Surah Yaseen describes the punishments faced by nonbelievers and their descendants across generations. Furthermore, it emphasizes God’s sovereignty and the reality of the Resurrection. As a Meccan surah, it primarily focuses on clarifying fundamental Islamic beliefs, particularly the belief in life after death.

Rewards of reciting the Surah Yaseen

There are many rewards and benefits of reciting and memorizing the surah yaseen full. Some of them are here:

• In one of Hadith of Hazrat Muhammad PBUH there is mention of importance of Surah yaseen
  Surely everything has a heart, and the heart of the Quran is Yaseen. I would love that it be in the heart of every person of my people.” (Tafsir-al- Sabuni Vol.2). As special part of Quran pak its reward of reciting or memorising is more than the normal word in the Quran pak.
• In one other hadith, “Whoever recites Yaseen once, Allah will record the reward of reciting the Quran ten times.” (Tirmidhi 2812/A), Its a grand reward from Allah who recites or memorize the Surrey Yaseen. Thus it shows the importance of reading the full surah yasin. Its easy to memorize the full surah if you memorize or remember the 2 or 3 ayats of this sorah daily.
• In one Hadith there is mention like this “Recite Yaseen on those who are dying.” (Dawud). Surah Yaseen is recited for people who are dying. The one who is dying needs spiritual calm and comfort from the strictness of death.
• Reading the Surah Yasin or remembering this surah is a source of forgiveness. One Hadith is like this “Whoever recites Surah Yaseen at night seeking the pleasure of Allah, that night he will be forgiven.” (Abu Nuaym)
• Moreover reading the surah yasin after fajr prayer is the way of getting the everything one asks for Allah, According to Hadith, “One who recites Sura Yaseen in the morning, Allah Almighty will fulfill all his needs.”

I personally recommend to offer surah yasin 7 times daily you will get abundance of wealth(Rizq). People also read Surah Yaseen during pregnancy to ease the difficulty. People also read Surah Yaseen after the marriage to spend this life happy by the mercy of Allah Almighty.People read Surah Yaseen for the sick and the deceased.

Benefits of Reading Surah Yaseen ayat 9

Sora Yaseen verse 9 is considered as wazifa for protection and safety.

Shaykh Mehmet Rabbani said Surah Ya Seen, Verse 9, read it 7 times.

وَجَعَلْنَا مِن بَيْنِ أَيْدِيهِمْ سَدًّا وَمِنْ خَلْفِهِمْ سَدًّا فَأَغْشَيْنَاهُمْ فَهُمْ لَا يُبْصِرُونَ

And We have made before them a barrier and a barrier behind them, then We have covered them over so that they do not see. 36:9

Shaykh Mehmet advised everyone to recite 7 times for protection and no one sees you. He said; there is No need to run to countryside, stay in your home’s, no need to protest or go on the streets.

Surah Yaseen, particularly Verse 9, is famous for its use in home protection, which is why people refer to it as the home protection wazifa. Additionally, Muslims read Surah Yaseen as a wazifa to increase love between husband and wife.
